What is Checked During a Motorcycle MOT Test?

Just like a car or van, it is important that you keep track of whether your motorcycle has a valid MOT every year (after 3 years from registration). Not having an MOT can be a costly mistake that carries a fine of up to £1,000 if you are caught without one.

MOT test don’t generally cover the condition of your engine, gearbox or clutch. A full list of checks can be found on the GOV UK website.

West End Service Station are one of the few garages in the area who can carry out Class 1 or Class 2 MOT tests on your motorcycle. To book your test, please call us on 01639 886352.
